NRB Enterprise offers a comprehensive solution for emergency lighting in remote areas or during power failures called the Portable Inflatable Emergency Lighting System. This system comprises a 4.5-meter inflatable balloon, a 400-watt LED Light, a 1-1.2kva petrol generator, and a single 350 watt blower.

Base Frame
The Electro BLT base frame is engineered to offer exceptional reliability and durability. It features a tube frame constructed from high-quality SS-304, renowned for its resistance to corrosion and rust. The base plate of the frame is fashioned from SS sheet with a thickness of 16ww +10% / ‐5%, providing a robust foundation to support the generating set and control gear box.
To ensure maximum stability and minimize vibrations, the base frame comes equipped with anti vibration rubber pads. These pads are designed to absorb any shocks or vibrations that may occur during operation, enhancing the system’s dependability while reducing the risk of damage.
Top Cover
Our tower balloon system’s top cover is designed to deliver optimal performance and long-lasting durability. The cover is fashioned from high-quality materials, such as moulded fibre glass or other suitable materials, to firmly secure the balloon to the tower, preventing any air leakage at the joint.
To ensure the balloon remains upright, the top cover is equipped with a nipple that facilitates effortless inflation and deflation. Moreover, it provides ample support to maintain the balloon’s erect position even during winds of up to 45 km/hr.
Blower
Our blower is a single compressor that is expertly engineered to deliver rapid and efficient inflation of the balloon component of our system. It operates on a voltage of 235/115 V and boasts an impressive air volume capacity of 1.5m3/min, enabling it to inflate the balloon in a mere 15 seconds.
The blower is engineered for optimal energy efficiency, with a power input of only 350 watts. Furthermore, it has a no-load speed of 308, making it a swift and efficient solution for inflating the balloon, saving you valuable time and effort.

Generator Set
Our generator set is a top-quality and transportable energy source that is custom-engineered to cater to your energy needs. It boasts a recoil start mechanism and is driven by a single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke engine that runs on petrol. This engine can produce a rated power of 1.2 (K VA) at 240V single phase with a unit power factor, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
To ensure your safety, the generator set is fitted with a resettable circuit breaker in the AC output that safeguards against overload and short circuits. The fuel tank capacity is configured to allow continuous operation for up to 6-7 hours, enabling you to power your equipment or machinery for extended periods. Furthermore, a fuel level indicator is integrated into the display panel to enable you to monitor fuel usage and ensure that you have sufficient fuel for seamless operation.
External power supply
Our system is purposefully designed to operate on a dependable 220/240 V 50HZ AC power supply, providing a robust and stable energy source for your diverse energy requirements. For easy integration with existing power infrastructure, the system comes fitted with a 15 Amp 3 Pin socket and is provided with a suitable lead wire featuring plugs at both ends.

Balloon
The balloon component of our system is engineered to deliver exceptional performance, boasting a robust cylindrical shape constructed from high-quality polyester-based cloth. This material is meticulously chosen to ensure minimal light loss and to provide superior waterproofing, allowing the balloon to operate optimally in various conditions.
To reinforce the balloon and retain its shape, it is fortified with flexible stiffeners that can withstand the pressure of the inside air. This ensures that the balloon remains fully inflated and operational, even when confronted with wind speeds of up to 45 km/hr.
LED Light
The top end of the balloon is designed to hold a 400W LED lamp capable of producing 44000 lumens. The lamp is positioned inside the balloon to move up and down during inflation and deflation, and is located at a height of 4.5 meters from the base plate. The balloon is secured to the tower using nylon straps that require a length of 5 meters, with a diameter of 3 mm. This ensures that the system is stable and secure during operation, providing reliable lighting in a range of emergency situations.
Control Panel System
Our Control Panel System comes with a meticulously crafted control gear that is equipped with an array of indispensable components to ensure secure and dependable operation. This includes capacitors, MCBs, lamp ballast igniters, on/off switches, and changeover switches, all precisely calibrated to deliver accurate control over the 400W HPMH lamp and air blower of the system.
